Fargo, president of the third district of the federation of Women's clubs, announces that the program planned for the county institute which will be given Saturday at the Woman's clubhouse, is open to the public. The nature of the program makes it of unusual appeal to all welfare workers, and health workers, and it has been so devel oped as to appeal to men as well as women and the former are be ing urged to attend along with the women.
