Already there are signs of a turn in the tide. Wheat prices have jumped nearly 100 per cent in 60 days. The
orders for lumber made a 1 5 per cent increase in one week, the greatest inmany months. Security prices are
pointing the way to recovery. Before long the building revival will be on, prices will rise, contractors will all
be busy, mechanics will be hard to get. The tide is out ; move fast before the flood of rising prices reaches you.
