MAKING HEALTH
INTERESTING
TO CHILDREN
It is often very difficult te make ekUdren eat foods that are abeo-v
lately necessary for them. Every child, for instance, should drink a
quart of milk a day. Because milk la one of the most wonderful
foods for children,
Many wise -mothers have found that KeIloggs ready-to-eat
cereals are the easiest as well as the most healthful way of encour
aging a child to take plenty of mSk. The number of combinations
r of Kellogg's Cereals with- other foods Is almost endless ana, even
over a Ions; period of time, they can be made different and thus
tempting to the child's tasta.
And then there are so many KeDogfs Cereals tee. A favorite
for each appetite . . . a preferred dish for every individual. Some
like Corn Flakes. Host kiddles are crazy about PEP Bran Flakes.
Rice Krispies with their "snap! crackle! pop!" never fafl to de
light them.'
Adding, honey or fruit makes a brand-new dish. Serving cereals
in combinations is a new taste delight.
In order to help you with the problem of encouraging your
child to eat foods that are really good for him, KeQogfT has pre-,
pared a series of booklets especially for the children, Hers) in the
midst of play, for example, they learn that hot. heavy foods are not
so good for them at night as crisp, easily digested cereals and
many other facts that will simplify your feeding the children.
