SPECIAL SESSION Whether Governor Meier will call a' special session of the Ore gon legislature to consider a tax reduction program, and lowering of motor vehicle licenses from 25 to 31 per eent. will not be de termined untilNhe has conferred further with the Oregon Tax Equalisation and Conservation league. This was announced at the executive department Thursday. This league recently recom mended a special legislative ses sion for the consideration of tax problems.
