made that fire members. Dr. A. S.
Jensen. E. Slvier, Dr. Hockett,

C. C. Powell, local Insurance
agent, was the speaker, and save
a resume ot fire insurance rates
and regulations.- He stated that
Monmouth, because ot fire pro

and basket lunch in the grove for
the pupils in Mrs. Boyington's
room, while Mrs. Poyner, teacher
of the higher grades, and Mrs.
Stevens, teacher ot Oak Dale, gave
a party at the home of Mrs. Ste
vens Saturday evening for the
eighth grades ot both schools.
