possession of Canibas Indies, a
narcotic, waived hearing in justice-court
here Tuesday and was
bound over to the grand Jury by
Justice of the. Peace Miller Xlay
den. He was lodged in jail after
falling to furnish ball ot $250,

ford who hare been lodged In the
local jail for some time on non
support, charges were released
Tuesday on motion of the dis
trict attorney.
