William Belcher of Portland has entered upon another. year as director of the Leslie Memorial church choir. Most of the time at the Thursday night rehearsals is now being put on Wilson's new Christmas cantata. "Hail Mes siah!" which will be sung on Sunday evening, December 31. This will be Mr. Beleher's fourth year with the Leslie or ganisation. He spends Thursday of each week' In Salem, meeting Yocal students and choir mem bers at the parsonage. Women Prepare Workers? Food The Woman's Aid of the Castle United Brethren church will meet Wednesday, and will serve dinner for the men working on the new church structure.
