$130,777.28, representing the
first receipts on the last halt of

Waller hall on the campus of Wil
lamette university. A cast of 20
men will present this show wbieh
ta equally balanced between music
and comedy skits.

that a real negro minstrel setting
will be effected.

Highlights of ths program for
annual meeting of assessors from
Oregon . counties to be held here
next Wednesday and Thursday
were announced yesterday by Os
car Steelhammer, Marion county
assessor and president of the
state body.
The group will get a complete
vfew of the flax Industry Wednes
day afternoon, when beginning at
1:30 the men will go to ths peni
tentiary to inspect the flax plant
there, after which visit will be
made to the Miles linen mill to
watch towing operations.
Thursday morning the assessors
will meet at 10 o'clock on the
fifth floor of the new state office
building, when Dr. James H. Gil
bert of the University of Oregon,
department of economies will give
the principal address. The rest of
the day will be devoted to talks by
county assessors and tax commis
sioners.
Ths state' tax commission has
scheduled sessions with the asses
sors for Friday and Saturday.
