Salem and Eugene will be connected by air on a reg ular schedule beginning Satur day morning, according to ar rangements being completed by Lee U. Eyerly, superintendent of the municipal airport here, who will handle the pad!?enger and ex press service. The ?chedule now arranged tentative, trlp3 to be. made two or three times a week to begin. The plane will leave SaJem at 1:00 o'clock, going to Portland from where it will start the return trip at 9:45 o'clock for the south. Fifteen-minute stops will be made at Salem Albany and Cor- vauls and the return trip from Eugene will begin at 12:4S. Heading north, the plans will leave Salem at 1:45.
