today at the recent advance. The
prica of otf-qoaltty egg g, however,
were reported as being shaded by
some dealers.
Butter supplies were liberal
with moderate trading, but there
were no outside changes in prices.
Some shipments were made o
outside markets. San Fr&ncfsco
and Los Angeles reported ad-
vancee on 90 score and above.
Reviewing the fruit and vege
table market, the Portland bu
reau of the U. S. department of
agriculture says:

termelons, marks the heaviest
volnme ot supplies in the city at
any one time' this year. Yester
day's arrivals were light, with on
ly 20 cars compared with 81 cars
received over the weekend; and

duction in track-holdings to 100
