The program committee for the next district meeting which win take place some, time the first of, 1931 in Hillsboro with the Coffee club acting as hostess, has been announced. Mrs. C. H. Emmott, Is chairman and with her will be Mrs. Thomas Connell, and Mrs. Lena G. Peters all of Hillsboro; and Mrs. John Frances Dobbs, of. Forest Grove; , Mrs. David Wright of Salem. Mrs. Fargo announced Friday that the Portland federation of women's organizations, the Yam hill county federation and the Washington county federation had all three voted unanimously to enter the third district or the state federation. Encinitis Club Closes Club Season The Encinitis club held its last regular meeting Thursday night at the Argola at 6:30 o'clock with Miss Dixie Matthews, member of the National Council of Business Girls, as honor guest. Following the dinner hour of ficers were elected for next year. Hiss Alice Falk will serve as president; Mildred Judson, vice president; La Vada Garter, secre tary; Mabel Curry, treasure Miss Matthews gave an interesting talk after the business session ' was closed.
