Feb. 25 AP) Sensational setbacks tin grain prices witar srbsequent recovery followed action of the federal farm board allies today in letting non membert shift for themselves. The sadden rally came with widely cir culated reports that the newly organised national wheat stabilisation corporation had branched out into mammoth dealings in the wheat future delivery trading pit just before the market dosed. Hereto fore, farm board allies hare accepted im mediate deliveries of country run offer ings from all growers, whether members of cooperative organisations or not. and have refrained from any moves in re gard to futnre delivery transactions. Before today1!.. radical departures in trading methods were generally nnder stood, wheat prices in Chicago went be low 81.000 a bushel for the first time in years, and all train values fell to new low record. At the finish, however, many buyers were taking the position that all "bearish dtvlopments hod been discounted in full, and wheat closed irre gular, ranging from 5-8e net decline to an equal advance.
