Annual Church Affair -Is Popular Mr. and Mrs. Hal Patton were hostesses for the annual Epiphany - dinner of the St. Paul's Episco pal church Wdencsday night at which were present over 125 : people. - The feature of the evening was - the citting of the Epiphany cake at which time the chairman of the next year's dinner arrangements 1? chosen by means of a token such as a ring, thimble, or money piece baked in the cake and drawn in the particular piece of : cake chosen. WHITE Line Party Makes Jolly Birthday Celebration AN ANNTAL birthday celebra tion is that for which Mrs. Anunsen entertain in compliment of their husbands, whose birth days come in February. This oc casion was celebrated Saturday night with a line party and then a jolly bouffet luncheon at the Roberts home following the thea tre party. The dining room of the Rob erts home had been arranged with symbols of Valentine Washing ton's birthday. Hearts and hatch ets were In artistic evidence. The serving table was centered with red roses and tall red tapers. This a pretty setting for the large birth- combined with soft lights made day cake which stood in state on the serving table and on wnicn buprned tiny red birthday tapers. Mc Kee, Mr. and Mrs. Harry McKee entertained with a dinner party at their country home north-west of town. The dinner table was attrac tively arranged, with a lovely birthday cake decorated with Candy hearts, forming the center piece. The evening was spent In social conversation, and enjoying radio entertainment. Covers were placed for Mr. and Mrs. Paul McKee and daugh ter Jean. Mr. and Mrs. Charles McKee, Mr. and Mrs. T. O.
