A bride's corner was effectively carried out. Games and dancing were the entertainment for the evening. Refreshments were served at a late hour. Those present were the honor guest, Miss Martha Van Cleef, the Misses Ferne Freeman, Ines Welty. Florence and Mabel Vol berding, Clara Lyons, Harriet Kinzer, Frances Rose and Anna Tanzer, Marian Gregg. Dinner Bridge Club Has Jolhr Evening A small group of young married folk are enjoying meeting for din ner and bridge now and again Tnesday evening, this group met at the home of Edwin Thomas, with Mr. and Mrs. George Moore- head and Mr. and Mrs. Edwin Thomas as hosts. Sons of Veterans and its auxili ary meet, at the . Woman's club house Tuesday evening for a 6 o clock oyster dinner. Orchestra music was played during the din ner hour by Fred Remington, Lo re e Barnham, Rachel Hutkins, and Hugh Odeams. Following dinner the Sons held an initiation cere mony for Mr. Yantis and Mr. Ri ley. Immediately after this was conciuaea tne Auxiliary put on initiation services for Mrs. Yan tis and Mrs. Rodgers. Comrade Stolz was present and spoke to the organizations complimenting them on the excellent floor work done during the Initiation. The Woman's Relief Corps will celebrate the birthdays of the comrades of Sedgwick Post No, Saturday in the Veterans' room of the Armory. Guests will be re ceived between the hours of 1:30 o'clock and 4 o'clock. Corps mem bets are requested to bring either cake or sandwiches. Table uten sils are also requested. Elks? Back officiating. Yellow and white ehrysanthe- ! mums banked, the altar of the church. The bride wore a gown of white satin with full length veil caught with erange blossoms. She carried shower of carnations and fern. Mrs. Rose Gruenfelder was ma tron of honor for her sister. She wore a yellow frock and picture hat. Melvin Gruenfelder was best man for Mr. Harpole. At noon a wedding dinner was served at the Gruenfelder home, at Hazer Green. Immediate relatives and a few friends were guests.
