Oliver. 39, ex convict, and suburban real estate dealer, was identified today as i member of a bandit gang responS' ible for four slayings and the theft of $19 6,000 in a bank hold up at Lamar, Calo., May 23, 1928 police declared : today. Oliver de nied the charge police said, but has signed papers waiving extra dition to Colorado. The Lamar robbery was staged by four men who shot and killed the bank president and his son, whentbey resisted, and kidnaped two tellers. One 'of the tellers was slain hnd his body tossed along a western Kansas roadside. The four kidnaped a physician in. a west ern Kansas town.
