WIDOW
CONDUCT
'S
AFFECTS PENSION
CHICAGO, Dec. 28. (AP) A
widow's conduct apparently Is of
much importance In determining
whether she Is to collect on her
soldier husband's government war
insurance policy.
A federal court decided today,
for the second time, that Mes.
Corlnne Hanna should not receive
further payments on the policy
of Major Mark Hanna of Kansas
City, although she was named
beneficiary.
She had received 12,451 of the
total 110,000 due her before the
government stopped the monthly
installments. The United States
Veterans bureau, after an investi
gation, charged Mrs. Hanna with
living with a man named Wagner,
now serving a sentence for bank
robbery in the Iowa penitentiary?
