sumption might be harmful for It

bered that a balanced diet is
necessary. Vitamins are not more

or protein, or sufficient energy
food. Too much of the energy
foods the starches, sugars and
fats wll result In overweight and
also an imbalance of the other
elements which may also produce
a deficiency disease. Too little
of the energy foods would result
In underweight unless one had
sufficient body fat to supply the
energy needs.
