Northcott, charging them with slaying youths on the North cott chicken ranch near here were returned by the county grand jury today. The second bill charged Northcott with the slaying of an unidentified Mexican youth and Louis and.Nel son Winslow, aged 12 and 10, re spectively, who disappeared sev 'eral months ago from Pomona, Cal. The two indictments were re turned immediately in superior couct before- Judge William E Deby of Inyo county. " District attorney Albert F.
