"Bearcat Rush" will be held on

This stunt was introduced last
year to replace the soph-frosh
fight, which for several years past
- had proved unsatisfactory. Sopho
more boys massed at the foot of a
flagpole will attempt to keep
freshmen from reaching the pole
and removing a huge bearcat fas
tened there.

at the Capitol In Salem, Oregon,
on the third Monday in October,
1928, and publicly examine the
assessment roll by it made, and
review the .same, and correct all
errors In valuation, description,
quantities or qualities of property

ment of assessments made by it;
and it shall be the duty of the per
sons and companies interested to
appear at the time and place ap
pointed. Petitions or applications for the
reduction or change of apportion

agent or attorney in fact, and be
filed with the. Commission during
