Lanner. The Mtases Emmons and Miss Shirley will leare in the fall to continue their musical studies la the east. Professor Launer, who ts head of the piano department at Colombia College, Missouri, is the guest of his parents. Mr. and Mrs. F. W. Launer in Albany, for the month of Angnst. The flowers in the Anderson gardens are now at the helghth of their mid-summer beauty. The gardens are electrically lighted and have an attractire pool with a number of unusual rarietie of water lilies. Fifty guests were bidden for the erening. including sereral from out of town. Miss Margaret Huston sang and piano numbers were g:ren by Miss Lucille. Emmons and Professor Launer. Miss Shirley and Miss Marian Emmons each played a group of riolin solos. Mrs. E. M. Hansen entertained a group of their friends with an informal prayer serrice Wednesday erening at their new home located south of Salem. The Rer. Hansen was formerly pastor of the Eranjgelistie Full Gospel Tabernacle of Salem. He resigned sereral months ago to enter erangelistic service and will - leare this morning for Coeur d'Alene, Idaho where he will open a series of meetings.
