Most of the colleges are using a male student uniform of white duck or corduroy trous ers and college sweaters which is perfectly proper. Government reg , la t ions in the army and navy and military academies do not permit men in school uniform going about with their hands in their pockets. It is considered strictly declasse, and the boys In inland college towns having military drill or wearing even part militrr uni forms will please take notice.
