A school boy ought to work like a business man; a teacher's mar riage should not be a "misdemean or"; and a kindly chastisement is a healthy thing. These were precepts laid down today by Dr. William McAndrew. former superintendent of schools in Chicago, before the 30th annu al inland-empire educational asso elation convention. Fish Wheel Law Appeal Will Be Heard April 18 Hearing of the suit attacking the law eliminating the operation of fish wheels in the Columbia riv er, has been set by the United States supreme' court for April IS, according to telegrams receiv ed at the attorney general's office Thursday. The legislature, at its last ses sion, attempted to repeal the law but failed.
