Salem MaeDowell Concert ., Will Be an Event of To- morrow Evening The March concert of the loca MaeDowell Club will be presented in the auditorium of the Nelson building tomorrow evening, begin ning at eight-fifteen o'clock, by. the students in the music depart ment of the Academy of the Sacred Heart, one of the leading educa tional institutions of Salem. The Interesting and varied pro gram which has been arranged for the evening includes harp sdlos, played by Miss Mary Jean Porter, as well as piano-and violin solos, and orchestra and ensemble num bers. This will be the first pub lic program given by the academy students this year and romises rc be an event of unusual Interest in musical circles.
