Etoktu Club Profits From Educational Inspection Tour A large group of members of the Etkota club assembled at the home of Mrs. A. J. Vick at 1495 North 1,1 Deny street, on rueaaay, tne regular club day. The afternoon was given over- to an inspection tour to the Valley Packing com pany. Mr. Cross conducted the women through the' plant. It was a point of special Interest to learn that Mr. Cross furnishes his own meat Inspector. It was brought out that in Eugene the salary of the inspector. Is paid by the city's club - women. The next topic for study will he the -highways of Oregon, The sec ond excursion wii! be a' trip to Cnampoeg.. v.- - Preparations are also underway for a tea to benefit the Children's Farm Home. Before returning north, Mr. and Mrs. Fry, visited their daughter. Miss Priscilla Fry who is a stu dent at Westlake school for girls at Los Angeles, this winter.
