of Ladd and Bush Trust Company,
Ancillary Guardian -of the estate of
the above named William McKim
mey, a person of unsound mind,
praying for an order directing the
next of kin of said ward and all
persons Interested in his estate to
appear before this court at a fixed
and specified time to show cause
why a license and order should
not be granted authorizing, direct
ing, empowering, and licensing the
said ancillary guardian to sell the
undivided three-sixteenths (3-16)
interest . as tenant in common, in
fee simple. In and to that certain
piece or parcel of real property
constituting the remainder and
balance of said ward's estate in
the State of Oregon, particularly
described as follows, to-wit:
The South Half (S) and
the Northwest Quarter (NW
V ) of Section Twenty-five
(25) in Township Two (2)
South, of Range Twenty-five
(25) East, of the Willamette
Meridian, in Morrow County,
State of Oregon, and contain
ing four hundred eighty
(480) acres, more or less.
