Irong Appeal Perfected Transcript of the records in Jus tice court were filed in circuit court here yesterday in the case of J. H. Leong, who was convicted in the lower court of practicing medicine without a license. Leong was arrested on a warrant issued October 13. It was charged that he prescribed medicine for L. I. Will. Both Will and Laura Yantis were subpoenaed as -witnesses to testify against Leong. Leong is now at liberty on $250 bail.
