listed the Central Pharmacy as one
that would open a drug store. This
was incorrect. Mr. Carl Wellman,

will open the drug store there, but
It wil have no connection with the

ty court last week in an effort to
have the 1926 tax levy against
banks : reduced. , Keith Powell.
Wbodburn banker appealed again
to the county court yesterday at
least to .waive the penalty if the

voters of the Silverton school dis
trict today turned down two mea
sures designed to provide $38,000
tor construction of a new elemen
tary school building and an addi

000 tax was defeated 324 to 214.
