A two .story house at 2025 Lee
street, belonging to W. 'H. Stzeet,

Governor Patterson Friday au

Wiley Out of Jail
N. T. Wiley, who has been held
In county Jail for some time on a
charge of writing a check with
out having sufficient funds in the
bank, was yesterday, allowed to go
free on his own recognizance. The
charge against him will probably
not be pressed further pending
good behavior, it was indicated
late yesterday by Justice of the
Peace Brazier Small.
Arrested for Possession
: Bal" Nelson, a restaurant pro
prietor of Dallas, and James
Brown, also of Dallas, were arrest
ed in Dallas Wednesday night for
possession of liquor, according to
reports here yesterday of state
prohibition officers. They will
have a hearing In Justice court in
Dallas today.
