The home of Frank Meyers, 810
Chemeketa : street, was entered
again Sunday night by burglars.
This time nothing of any value
was taken, although ' a general
ransacking of the house was In
evidence. Two other times his
house was burglarized and on one
of these occasions $125 in cash
was taken. The family have al
ways been absent when these burg

wood. One answer alleges that
he only performed a part of the
work agreed upon, that an offer
of settlement for this much was
made and refused by South. Wal
