J14 Hospital Inmate Mike Cohen, inmate of the Ore gon state hospital, left the grounds ot the institution yesterday about noon and has not been located. He wore a dark brown suit, gray hat and shirt, . and black shoes. He is smooth-shaven, is five feet two and a half inches tall, weighs 117 pounds, is about 42 years old and has black hair and brown eyes. He is a parole patient, and is considered harmless. There were a total of 75 fires reported, of which three were of an incendiary origin. The most disastrous" fire was at LaGrande where a fertilizer plant was destroyed . with a loss of $300,000.
