ferences within the territory of

Those who reflect on this heavy
program .for the summer among
the Kimball faculty will appreci
ate their ambitions in the inter
est of others and the better pre
paration they will have for next
year's teaching. In former years
much of the field work for funds
has been done in the summer by
these men. It would seem a good
business venture to let them he
freed from this1 detail and turn to
the special work they have in
mind for the summer. This will
require a prompt response from
the friends In sending in their
contributions. This can easily
save the expense of paid field
workers and show the personel in
terest of the people of Oregon and
the northwest in the welfare of
Kimball School of Theology. The
financial policy is to make the
money go as far as possible, aud
President Canse and the trustees
are relying on the interest of the
people.
