Visit From State Organizer
Mrs. Mattie Bodine of Portland,
state organizer of the PEO Sister
hood, filled three engagements in
Salem on Thursday afternoon and
evening. On Thursday afternoon
Mrs. Bodine officially vtsited Chap
ter G at an important meeting at
the home of Mrs. C. B. McCullough
which was charmingly decorated
with cosmos and chrysanthemums.
At 6 o'clock the members of Chap
ter AB honored Mrs. Bodine with
a dinner party In the Green Gate
room at The Spa, and at 7:30 the
company adjourned to Miss Lena
Belle Tartar's studio for the for
mal business meeting.
