If present conditions are allowed to go on unchecked, the Oregon rivers will soon become running sewers like those of the east. Ten years is the time estimated by Dr. Strieker for stopping pollution. Among the delegates expected are engineers, city officials, mem bers of the game commission, health board, and members of the Salmon Protective association.
