travel west for 8 miles to Belle

turn, west and you will find a fair

runs south and west 2 miles to
Cloverdale which is 7 4. '5 miles
from Salem.
Two and one-halt,, miles from
Cloverdale take the right hand
road, leaving the. Roosevelt high
way, for Pacific City. In a quar
ter of a mile from this point you
will note a sign,. "Brooten's
Baths," which is located off the
Pacific City road about a mile and
up quite a steep grade but the
