victed of first degree murder.
Under the verdict of the Jury the
death penalty was mandatory. ,
It was said that Lloyd was one
of a few men convicted of first
degree murder In the state of Orev.
gon who had not appealed his case ;

Records show, that Lloyd had
two brothers serving time in the
str.te penitentiary and another
