Harriet Wygant has filed suit
for divorce from Robert C,"" Wygant
in district court here. They were,
married in Newport in 1909. Mrs.
Wygant charges that her husband
deserted her in Salem In 1924.
She asks the custody of three

William Schultz died at 1466
C street Monday. November 2, at
the age of 80 years. He is sur
vived by his wife. Ida. and five
sons, Fred, David and William of
Minnesota. Oswald of Montana and
Adolph of Salem. Three daughters
also survive him: Bertha Kohler
and Willimina Waller, both of Sa
lem, and Gusta Eahlen of Alberta,
Canada. The deceased was a mem
ber of the German Lutheran
church. Funeral announcements
will be made later. The Webb fu
