simple hand signals for motorists, which if made universal practice, will help to reduce
accidents from automobiles. Confusion in hand signals' results! in thousands of acci
dents; such accidents Would be avoidable if all motorists used the same signals. The
signals are illustrated here; tbey were originally posed by Tommy Milton, the world's
fastest automobile driver, and were actually worked out in practice by Tommy Milton
