Queen, Review No. 5, has received the announce ment that their supreme com mander. Miss Bina M. West,, has been elected the first woman pres ident of the National Fraternal Congress, of ' America. This con gress 'represents 88 of the leading fraternal .societies of the continent in (which the Woman's Benefit as sociation stands fourth. , Miss West was the founder of this so ciety in 1892 and now it has the record of being the largest of its kind in the world.
