draperies harmonizing with the
dark mahogany woodwork and

hung in the reading and writing

are lighter in color and have burnt
orange stripes..
The : ladies room on the first
floor is practically finished. ' A
mirror 20 by 60 inches will be
hung on one of the walls in it and
lighting of the room will include
special wall sets around the mir
ror. There are to be two pocket
billiard tables in the building, each
measuring 4'. y 9 feet, two 5 by
10 feet billiard tables, and two S
by 10 snookers. The billiard room
is to be equipped with ,Venltian
blinds, furnishing indirect light,
and each table is to have suspend
ed over It three of the newest
type porcelain reflectors. The
tables are of the best quality man
ufactured. Eight mahogany card tables are
to be placed in the card room with
a number of serving barareta.
There will be aix telephones in
stalled In the building which will
be on independent lines but con
nected so as to be intercommuni
cating if desired. i

The Tug Imbracarla, which went
ashore this morning on Discovery
Island, was pulled off the rocks
late today and towed into Cadboro
Bay by the salvage steamer Sal
