Several new- ordinances are to
come up before the city council for
its approval. One of the next bills
to be presented ' provides for 'a
complete and adequate inspection
or electric and 'power wiring of
buildings and structures of the
-city. It also transfers the : duty
of Inspection of such work from
the shoulders, of the city engineer
to the 'sanitary and plumbing in
spector5. The bill will also require
that all wiring be done under
specifications: of the national wir
ing code,' which has been approved
and is.rused by the different de
partments of the state.
A small fee will be required to

city recorder. Alderman; Simeral
will Introduce the bill.1
Another ordinance to be acted
upon will allow Tor foreclosure
and collection of delinquent liens
on ' sidewalk construction and

law allows for a passage of three
