An unusually delightful cblor
scheme was chosen in the com
bining of pink and fellow flow
ers. Many pleasing effects were
accomplished with the use of pink
and yellow j tulips and pink and
yellow azaleas, with yellow tapefs
burning: in a sllrer candelabra.
Prizes the first afternoon went
to Mrs. Sam Adolph, who won first
place in the playing; Mrs. E. Eck
erlin, who won second, and Mrs.
A. S. Ilussey, who won the con
solation award. On the second af
ternoon first place went to Mrs.

program of the afternoon. A large
