escape is so simple and interesting
that, the faculty has difficulty in

been advised by tbe Attorney general-
that such is demanded by
law. Letters are being sent to all
those Interested. : ; The opinion
from. the attorney general read:
"That such newspaper shall
have ' been' established and regu
larly and uninterruptedly pub
lished in such county at least once
a week during a period of at least
12 consecutive months immediate
ly preceding the first 'publication

publication other than a regularly
