D. Colvin. A criminal complaint,
charging Ragsdale with driving '
an automobile, while intoxicated,

Ragsdale was arrested New Year's
eve after he collided with another
automobile outside the city limitr..
The investigator said he had visit
ed several road houses in the line
of duty, but was not intoxicated,
