The defense counsel of Hid McCoy, ex prize r fighter, charged with - the murder of Mrs. Theresa Mors, di vorced wife of an antique dealer. , last August, scored a point in his favor . at the trial here today. when by a witness of the proser cution they proved that domestic ' felicity did tiot reign In the Mors household, prior to the time Mc Coy met Mrs. Mors. J, Dennison announced to the court that he intended to establish by the maid's testimony that "abso lute felicity reigned in the Mors household before McCoy was In troduced there." Dennison connected his asser tion with the murder indictment against McCoy by declaring; that the latter "planned and premedi tated the 'whole affair urr to the death of Mrs. Mors and the sub sequent .robbery and snooting of patrons, at the antique shop the morning following her. death."
