by the disqualifying of the USS

navy championship inter-fleet re
gatta on Lake - Washington here
today for the second successive
year. The time of the winners
was 15 minutes 54 seconds.
' The Mississippi sweepsters, al
though finishing first, were dis
qualified for crossing in front of
the , Arizona, the judges announced.-
The eleven crews, finishing in
the - following order, were the
Arizona, Idaho, Tennessee, Cali
