Leopold Jr., had not corroborated
the confetsibn of Richard Loeb
concerning the. kidnaping and
niaTder of Robert Franks, tho
state today would have no case
against them, young Leopold said
today in discussing the case with
reporters after the court session

hanged-or sent to the penitentiary.
