Planted at Silverton . SILVF.RTON, Ore., July 1. ( Special , to The Statesman. ) Two truck loads of eastern brook trout were' brought to Silverton Monday- morning7 for distribution in, Silver creek above ' the falls. The fish, averaging three inches In length, numbered about 50,000. The trout were v; planted Y. by the state game commission and were from this hatchery , located on the Clackamas river.
