Corvallis Fire Chief Takes Down New Truck Chief "Tom" Graham, of the Corvallis fire department passed tlirouRh Salem early this morning with a big new'' La France "fire truck which will be added to the Corvallis equipment. The new fire truck is to be uBed only temporary in Corvallis and will bo replaced by one better adapted to the needs of the city later. v There is a great shortage of water in Corvallis at the present tinio according to Chief Graham and the new truck is being added as an extra precaution.
