NORTH COTTAGE STREET
FROM "D" STREET TO
NORTH MILL CREEK BRIDGE
Notice is hereby given that the
common council of the City of Sa
lem, Oregon, deems it necessary
and expedient and hereby declares
its purpose and intention to im
prove North Cottage street from
the south line of "D" street to the
North Mill Creek bridge at the ex
pense of the abutting and adja
cent property by bringing said
portion of said street ta the es
tablished grade, constructing ce
ment concrete curbs and paving
said portion of said street with a
six inch cement concrete pave
ment forty feet wide in accord
ance with the plans, specifications
and estimates therefor which were
adopted by the common council
February 18th, 1924, and which
are hereby referred to and made
a part thereof.
The common council hereby de
clares its purpose and intention to
make the above described im
provement by and through the
street improvement department of
the City of Sajem.
