Wesley Smith, 996 South Twenty-
second, on a charge of forgery,
he acknowledged two of the
checks. Smith was arraigned in
the justice court, waived hearing
and was committed to the county
Jail to await action by the grand
jury. He was arrested by Offi
cers White. Thompson and Ed
wards.
